Eileen Ybanez
Director of Client Services
In November 2017, Eileen Ybanez joined the Wolf Retirement Navigation team as the newly appointed director of client services. Eileen’s career background, spanning 25-plus years in the mortgage lending, banking, and financial services industries, highly qualifies her to manage back-office production and all “behind the scenes” tasks related to retirement financial planning. She has been presented with numerous awards in recognition of her exceptional customer service achievements.
Eileen graduated magna cum laude from Lenoir-Rhyne University in North Carolina in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. She has passed her Series 6, 7, and 65 exams and is a licensed insurance agent with the state of Florida, holding the FL 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license.
Eileen and her husband, a Jacksonville native, have lived in Jacksonville since 2000. Together, they have three grown boys and five grandchildren.
