Eileen Ybanez

In November 2017, Eileen Ybanez joined the Wolf Retirement Navigation team as the newly appointed director of client services. Eileen’s 25-year career in the banking field and financial services industry, in addition to a mortgage lending career, highly qualifies her to handle back-office production and “behind the scenes” tasks in all areas of retirement financial planning. She has been presented with numerous awards in recognition of her customer service achievements.  

Eileen graduated magna cum laude from Lenoir-Rhyne University in North Carolina in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. She passed her Series 6, 7, and 65 exams. In addition, Eileen is a licensed insurance agent with the state of Florida, holding the FL 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity license.

She and her husband, a Jacksonville native, have lived in Jacksonville since 2000. Together, they have three grown boys and three grandchildren.
